“The Perils of Trauma Feminism” Is Just Out In Current Affairs

My latest piece in Current Affairs is just out: “The Perils of Trauma Feminism.” It’s also in the absolutely gorgeous print edition as “Tell Me No Stories Of Woe.” It’s a review of two recent books on white feminism, Kyla Schuller’s The Trouble with White Feminism and Rafia Zakaria’s Against White Feminism. The incredibly talented Tom Humberstone provided the illustrations and the piece benefited enormously from a podcast interview with Allison Lirish Dean on Ear to the Pavement (in two parts).
